Located in trendy TriBeCa, our New York office is a really important piece of ArX Solutions structure.

With this magnificent location we not only are in the epicenter of the world, but we have the opportunity to serve better our New York based clients.

It doesn’t matter if their projects are in New York, Miami or in another part of the world, our office and Nicolas Michael, our principal in New York, are there available to give our clients the personalized service they deserve.

ArXperience in New York City

We recently presented in New York our newest product: ArXperience 3D.

It was really exciting to see the great acceptance that it had among the specialized press and some of our clients that came to experience it.

We received our guests in New York City’s Paramount Hotel so they could experience this new technology that we are sure will revolutionize the way real estate is sold.

With the Oculus Rift our clients will be able to take their prospects on a virtual tour to the home of their dreams even before it exists.

The Taystee Building in New York City

We visited the Taystee Building showroom, in West Harlem, New York, and were just amazed to see how beautiful our renderings look with the modern and sleek design that they chose for it.

A building with history

Located on West 125th Street, this property was the former home of the Taystee Cake Bakery, which closed in the late 1970s. In the decades since its closing, the building has been vacant and suffered decay.

In an effort to revitalize the neighborhood, New York City Economic Development Corporation issued an request for expressions of interest for the redevelopment of the Taystee Bakery in November of 2010, according to their webpage.

Janus Partners LLC and Monadnock Construction, Inc. were selected to lead the redevelopment project.

“The redevelopment of the former Taystee Bakery on West 125th and 126th Streets is the newest addition to the Manhattanville Factory District in West Harlem, New York. This new state-of-the-art Class A office building will welcome a broad mix of commercial, technology, media, non-profit, community and retail users to the 125th Street arts and culture corridor, one avenue east of Columbia University’s expanding campus”, writes NYCEDC in their webpage.

When complete, the Manhattanville Factory District will total almost a million square feet of new mixed-use buildings beautifully interconnected by a series of greenways and courtyards.

This community bridges the 125th Street arts and entertainment district of the Apollo Theater, Red Rooster, and Studio Museum to the educational communities of Columbia University and City College.

aystee will offer spaces of a quality and variety that have not been seen before. The iconic design features dynamic and transparent spaces with floor-to-ceiling glass that will be a vital part of this community.

Taystee will qualify for an enhanced 25 year Industrial and Commercial Abatement Program (ICAP) real estate tax benefit that will significantly reduce tenants’ exposure to real estate tax increases.

The district benefits from its convenient location and ease of transportation modes: by mass transit (two blocks from the 1, A, B, C and D trains and from numerous bus lines), by foot, and by bicycle. The building is just one stop on the A and D express trains to Midtown.

Situated on New York’s beautiful Hudson River, West Harlem is a neighborhood full of energy, culture and charm.

When complete, the Manhattanville Factory District will total almost a million square feet of new mixed-use buildings beautifully interconnected by a series of greenways and courtyards.

The Taystee Building will become a central feature of the Manhattanville Factory District, connecting West 125th Street to West 126 Street and beyond, by way of landscaped through-block passageways and courtyards.

The Taystee Building is being developed by a joint venture of affiliates of The Janus Property Company and Monadnock Construction.

This new state-of-the-art Class A office building will welcome a broad mix of commercial, technology, media, non-profit, community and retail users to the 125th Street arts and culture corridor, one avenue east of Columbia University’s expanding campus.

The Janus Property Company, in partnership with Monadnock Construction, one of New York’s largest and most highly-regarded construction firms, was selected in 2011 by the New York City Economic Development Corporation to develop this large and important site.

Originally a bakery for the Taystee Bread Company, the completely new Taystee Building will contain 300,000 square feet of space.

Bike commuters will enjoy the convenience of an indoor street level bike concierge just off the building’s west lobby.

The Taystee Building is also easy to reach by bus as many major bus routes converge at 125th Street and Amsterdam Avenue.

Janus has made significant progress on project development since purchasing the abandoned property from the New York City Economic Development Corp. in June of 2012.

The West 125th to 128th Street district immediately surrounding the Taystee Building, known as the Manhattanville Factory District, is comprised of former industrial buildings located on over three contiguous acres.
