The Real Deal Broward: A great opportunity to showcase our work

IMG_5382

Last week we were among the more than 2,000 real estate enthusiasts that mingled at The Real Deal’s Broward Forum and Showcase at the Design Center of the Americas in Dania, Florida.

In the booth of our Turnberry Ocean Club friends, we showcased the most advanced technology in 3-D animations and renderings  in products that we have been designing for them.

Patricio Navarro, President of ArX Solutions, had so much fun showing everyone how the Real Time 3-D virtual tour of Turnberry’s  Sky Club (floors 30,31 and 32) worked.

Like a videogame, with the help of a remote control, he took the guests who stopped by through the amazing architecture and interior design of this ambitious project.

While our Principal in Miami, Gonzalo Navarro, greeted friends and clients, Alejandra Buchanan, the VP of sales and project coordination, also showed how the touchscreen we developed for Turnberry Ocean Club displays the amazing 3-D renderings we created for them.

10 Sullivan

Every new project we do is as exciting as the last one, with different challenges and solutions to propose to our clients.

A recent project that makes us very proud is 10 Sullivan, which we worked through our New York office, and is located in SoHo.

As The New York Times writes in an article where one of our 3D renderings is featured, “the tower at 10 Sullivan Street, which will be 16 stories and one of the tallest buildings in SoHo, has a shape like a boat and also vaguely resembles the Flatiron Building, thanks to the configuration of its building lot: a long, thin triangle.”

The lot, which was home to a gas station and carwash, was created when the Avenue of the Americas was extended at an angle across gridlike streets in the 1920s.

Its $45 million penthouse is being touted as the neighborhood’s swankiest residence, with curved glass windows and a quirky triangular shape, according to The Daily News.

The spectacular, three-floor home will also have a private pool, rooftop lounge and ceiling heights up to 23 feet.

The 8,360-square-foot penthouse is one of 19 homes at 10 Sullivan , where prices start at $2.97 million and homes have Danish oak floors, radiant-heated flooring, motorized shades and walnut kitchens. The project is slated for completion in 2015.

Can you imagine living here? Just take a look at our 3D renderings.

Have a happy daydreaming!

Our year-end getaway

It’s time to say goodbye to 2014 and welcome the new year, and before that it is our tradition to do something fun.

This time we went to the Club Med for a weekend getaway, where we had a great time (you just have to give a look to our pictures to notice that).

Doing these kind of activities is not only a great way to reward ourselves for the hard work we did during 12 months, but to know better each other and enhance the great team spirit that help us deliver our clients the good work we produce.

We are very grateful to have the job we have, the clients we have and the year we just had.

Thanks to all of you who made possible this wonderful year! Our best wishes for this 2015!

ArXperience in New York City

We recently presented in New York our newest product: ArXperience 3D.

It was really exciting to see the great acceptance that it had among the specialized press and some of our clients that came to experience it.

We received our guests in New York City’s Paramount Hotel so they could experience this new technology that we are sure will revolutionize the way real estate is sold.

With the Oculus Rift  our clients will be able to take their prospects on a virtual tour to the home of their dreams even before it exists.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to try our new ArXperience 3D!

What the press is saying:

“As technology begins to revolutionize residential sales, luxury new development is gradually diminishing its traditional disadvantage over existing properties: the inability to visualize. For New York’s developers, the implications could be tremendous.”.- Konrad Putzier, Real Estate Weekly

“The ArXperience 3D solution is best presented on a double screen 4K curved TV and is compatible with Oculus Rift for a total immersion experience. This is the first time the virtual reality headset is being used as an instrument to market real estate, using the device’s tracking technology, the depth, scale and wide field of view to create an extraordinarily realistic experience”.-  Maria Lanao, Wired.

“Bolstered by nearly two decades in the architectural visualization industry, the Miami-based firm has long established itself as an innovator, helping to push the boundaries of 3D technology.”.- James McClister, Miami Agent Magazine

“It’s exhilarating. As it happens, extreme levels of conspicuous consumption—even in virtual reality—feel really, really good. Moreover, it feels like the cloud of sharp, pheromone-tinged musk the Paramount Hotel sprayed in its lobby is beginning to go to my head. I turn to the couches, which are a dusty shade of ecru”.- Sydney Brownstone, Co.Exist

“Viewers use a video game controller to stroll in and out of rooms. If there’s a prototype of the virtual reality goggles Oculus Rift handy, as there was when I toured a model, then you can throw that on and feel like you actually are in the space”. Teke Wiggin, Inman

“Its newest product, aptly called ArXperience 3D, will leverage the budding popularity of virtual reality into a unique and immerse experience, allowing users to visualize and interact with environments ‘in the most realistic quality ever before seen on the market.'”.James McClister, Miami Agent Magazine

“ArX Solutions, the program’s designer, has recently begun marketing the program to developers and brokers of luxury condos in New York City and across the world.”.- Konrad Putzier, Real Estate Weekly

“Virtual tours have the potential to replace the open house. Imagine being to browse and walk through dozens of potential homes for sale in your neighbourhood or city, without having to leave the comfort of your own home, or the realtor’s office?”.- Agent Accelerate.

ArXperience 3D in The Real Deal

Recently we were in one of the most important events for the real estate industry in South Florida: The Real Deal’s South Florida Forum and Showcase.

We had the opportunity to mingle with friends and clients, as well as launch,  in front of more than 4,000 real estate enthusiasts who flocked to the beautiful Moore Building in Miami’s Design District, our latest and most avant-garde product: ArXperience 3D.

This Oculus Rift  simulation was designed specially to take our clients’ prospects into their new and luxurious home even before it exists.

Can’t your prospects  picture how spacious their living room is going to be? Or how amazing is the view of their new penthouse will be?

No problem! With ArXperience your prospects will be able to virtually walk into their new home, see the amazing details of the kitchen or have a glimpse of how many shoes are going to fit in their walk-in closet.

We presented ArXperience among major developers like PMG, Rilea, Trump Group,  Fortune International Group, Key International, the Related Group and Terra Group and brokerages including ISG, Fortune Realty, Douglas Elliman, Cervera Real Estate, One Sotheby’s International Realty, One World Properties and Opulence International Realty.

Our booth was on the first of the four floors of the historic venue, which includes “Elastika”, an amazing installation created by starchitect Zaha Hadid in its atrium.Want to have the ArXperience first hand?

Let us know! We will be happy to take you through this amazing digital journey.

But now,  look through our day in The Real Deal’s South Florida Forum and Showcase.

The Taystee Building in New York City

We visited the Taystee Building showroom, in West Harlem, New York,  and were just amazed to see how beautiful our renderings look with the modern and sleek design that they chose for it.

A building with history

Located on West 125th Street, this property was the former home of the Taystee Cake Bakery, which closed in the late 1970s. In the decades since its closing, the building has been vacant and suffered decay.

In an effort to revitalize the neighborhood, New York City Economic Development Corporation issued an request for expressions of interest for the redevelopment of the Taystee Bakery in November of 2010, according to their webpage.

Janus Partners LLC and Monadnock Construction, Inc. were selected to lead the redevelopment project.

“The redevelopment of the former Taystee Bakery on West 125th and 126th Streets is the newest addition to the Manhattanville Factory District in West Harlem, New York. This new state-of-the-art Class A office building will welcome a broad mix of commercial, technology, media, non-profit, community and retail users to the 125th Street arts and culture corridor, one avenue east of Columbia University’s expanding campus”, writes NYCEDC in their webpage.

“Taystee will offer spaces of a quality and variety that have not been seen before. The iconic design features dynamic and transparent spaces with floor-to-ceiling glass that will be a vital part of this community”

When complete, the Manhattanville Factory District will total almost a million square feet of new mixed-use buildings beautifully interconnected by a series of greenways and courtyards.

  • If you want to see some of our renderings in the Manhattanville Factory District webpage, you can click here.
  • The brochure  prepared by the Taystee’s team with our renderings is also a piece of art that displays all the spirit of this new project. You can download it  here.

And we also invite you to click the next photo gallery, so you can see how our renderings display in their showroom.

ArX renderings: Impossible to miss!

If you drive on I-95, for sure you have seen these two huge images that we designed for our clients.

Yes, everyone in Miami knows that ECHO Brickell and Muse are two new, fancy and sleek buildings that will make Miami’s skyline even more impressive.

ECHO Brickell is a boutique residential high-rise in the epicenter of Miami’s fastest growing metropolitan neighborhood, located on the coveted East side of Brickell Avenue. Echo Brickell’s 180 state-of-the-art residences redefine opulent living in Miami’s most exciting locale.

Muse is a boutique, residential high-rise located directly on the pristine white sand beaches of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The 47-story tower will offer only 68 oceanfront residences, including 2 and 3 bedroom units and full floor penthouses.

And now you know that ArX Solutions was a key player in introducing Miami to these two new “kids in town”.
